It seems the concept of soup that you people have over there is different from our own down here in Africa. That's why I am shocked to see that it's seasonal. I ny place, soup is an important accompaniment of solid carbohydrates food.

Selling of soup can still be considered as a good business though, there are places here in my country that specialize in selling just pepper soup with cat fish or goat meat and the likes. As long as the soup is good, people would definitely want to buy.
