I don't think it's a good business to sell umbrellas alone. I don't think a person can survive if he/she starts a business selling it as I feel there is seasonal demand for it. Yes, people also use it on sunny days but it is not very much in use.

True, but you should also consider the fact that not everyone values the use of umbrella. Most persons find carrying one as a burden cause they could easily forget it. I think it would be best to make proper research first before going into this line of business.
