Selling Undies. Lucrative Business?

This made me remember my University days. I had a friend who sells ladies' underwear and she goes to the hostel and sells door to door.
I decided to follow her one day and I realized that she makes a lot of money because a lot of ladies want to change their underwear I even realized that some of us end up buying impulsively just because we love the underwear and not because we need it.
