It's always worth to buy shares when the market is down. You need to analyse the share and check the maximum value it reached in the past and many other factors before buying a share.
Hong Kong is now entering into a bear market. The price of stocks has dropped a lot. I am still holding some Hong Kong stocks. I do not want to sell them right now. I still have some savings to use. I hope the market will bounce a bit so that I can sell those stocks.
