i definitely carry a shopping list. I buy one every 3 months so there is a lot to buy. Without a list, i doubt i would remember to buy everything. Buying for a family of 3 needs a list. Or il be back and forth to the store on that day

I don't usually do the groceries in the house but when I am out buying my own personal stuff I don't write a shopping list since I don't usually buy alot of stuff. Writing down a shopping list is a good idea especially if you have alot of things to buy.

Its best to carry a list and if not then there is a high chance that we will forget one thing or the other and if we buy online then also we need some list and its important

Yeah it is the best as you can't do impulsive buying with your list.

i do not go shopping but prepare a list and read it out to the shop keeper and my household help will fetch them.
