i prefer big and less often. Mostly i buy at wholesalers to save some money. So i end up buying big at it lasts me 3 months. i use those 3 months to focus on other things rather than worry about what have to buy every few days or so.

I shop when I want and there is no fixed time or day in the week and I don't prefer shopping once a month because these days I have started to shop online and most of the apps deliver inside 2-4 hours

I mainly buy little and often, especially for groceries. I do not have a big refrigerator to accommodate a lot of stuff. Also, the supermarket is just a few minutes' walk from my place, it's very convenient for me to go shopping there.
