There is something called privacy. I once left a job because I was asked to work on weekend. I was with my kid and spouse and I refused.

It would not be right for employers to dictate the private life of their employees. This is just because doing so is infringement on their fundamental human rights..

A workplace should never attempt to detect the private life of employees. It is called *private life" for a reason. Employees should be free to live the kind of life they want outside the workplace.

An employee is first of all an adult and you should not be dictating the private life of an adult as long as it doesn't affect the work.

It is not necessary for a business organization to try to control the personal lives of their employees. That might turn out to be toxic.
True. It could not be absolutely necessary for employers to look into the private life of their employees. It could make them not to give their best on the job.

This can only happen if the private life is having an effect on their performance in the company, besides that there is no reason for the company to detect their personal life.

The workplace should not dictate the private life of their employees. Rather they should be more concerned about the workplace productivity of their employees through adequate training and more supervision. All staffs should have their private life..
