This usually happens in big insurance companies free vacations with family members all at the company's expense. But only those who have big sales.
Yes i have seen this as well, in some companies it is only their top staffs who are entitled to have holidays or a day for vacation. Though having a break is important though, this would prevent burnout from the workers.

Wow, that's a very nice one there, I think they used that as a strategy to improve their sales as employees would want to reach out to potential customer to enjoy the benefits too.

That is not very nice. I believe that every staff should be entitled to vacation even if it for a few days. They need to be treated accordingly no matter how little their position is.

This is what the insurance companies are doing to their sales force by giving them free vacations even abroad at all companies' expense. My cousin was once a recipient of this spending 5 days of vacation in Thailand with his family.

Sometimes employers are required to be good to employees by either providing them with incentives other than their normal salary and this too is very much okay ..

It's a good idea to offer floating holidays to employees. Some big companies here are already doing this. They may go to an outlying island during a weekend. It helps to enhance relationship between the boss and co-workers. A good way to boost morale.

Actually my cousin was promoted to a manegerial position after achieving and reaching series of quotas. He's always an awardee.

They should also give them incentive at times. Those things are needed becaue they serve as motivation to them and at the same time, they will remain to stay loyal to your company by working very well.

Yeah, they will always want to find every means possible to give back with the best they can and that would be very much okay and serve as an improvement to the company.

Once in a while I would say that it's nice for businesses to there workers floating holidays to spend with there families and also think and meditate but just once in a while

It would ultimately be a good idea to give your Staff floating holidays. The monotony of being around one particular environment can mess up the psyche of a staff. A break for a new environment to breathe can do wonders to the energy levels if a staff.

Staff floating holidays is really necessary. The monotony of a job day in snd out can be overwhelming so a break for a new environment would sure refresh the staff

It is great to give employees holidays sometimes because it is one of the ways to make them feel important at work . Apparently, companies that are putting the interests of employees at heart.
