Should employees be allowed to smoke?

In my country employees are not allowed to smoke within the working premises. But can smoke during their break period..

A smoker employee can smoke outside the vicinity of the work place. He must respect people who don't smoke.

I have always disliked smoking cigarettes and if I were the boss, then I would never ever allow people to smoke cigarettes ever in my office.

If employees decides to smoke outside the work premises or when they are in their homes, they are free to do so but they should not be allowed to smoke within the work premises.

In my kind of business, smoking would damage the business. I won't allow employees to smoke at all.
