Should employers pays for workers vacationing

Workers do work hard all the time and need to take breaks with their family and their loved ones after a while. Taking a vacation would always be a good way to relieve themselves of the daily stress that comes with completing their tasks dutifully.

But the thing is that a lot of them can't afford to go on vacation as you need some amount of money. Well, being that them taking this vacation would also be of good help to the workplace. Do you think that the employers can take over this vacation expenses especially for workers that can't afford vacation packages. What do you think?

I don't think so. May be this can be an option for the good will for the company.
The vacation expenses should be voluntarily done by the employers for that matter.

It mainly depends on the capacity of the company. I have seen some who usually send some of their workers on an all expense paid vacation trip, but this does not go for all workers, you need to reach a certain level to access this.

I think it is based on the agreements they maid on the job agreements, but in any cases it is better to give some money or pay for workers vacation to motivate and also to give recognition and also to consider as a bonus for their hard working.

Yes I agree with you, an expense like this will mainly depends on the capacity of the company or business owner. Some companies do have an all expense paid vacation trip well deserving workers.

Most reputed companies have paid annual leave of approximately one month, and they also have a leave travel allowance. Only online workers, get no vacation and are victims of government financial fraud,slavery in some countries.

In our country, the government gives allowances for its employees for vacation, and some private companies, especially the major banks, are also offering allowances for vacation. Small companies cannot afford this.

It is only happening in an insurance company giving free trips to top insurance sellers. Other companies are not doing this paying employees for their vacation dreams. The company may go bankrupt.

When I used to work in gsk, they were taking us for outdoor trips. If any employee remain in vacation and he wish to go with them. They were allowed to take benefits of free air ticket, free five star hotel stay, free lunch and dinner.

It is very impossible to give employees free trips vacationing. The company here never pays for the vacations of the employees. Only the VIP staff are provided with free tickets and hotel accommodation.
