I agree with you. In my mind, a business can do this if they are really into selling items online. But then, most of these companies can just register to e-commerce platforms for me. I am just saying that they are free in my country.

True that. But even offline business have apps that can make their operations accessible from any location. Transport companies have apps where you can book for vehicle seats. And most people don't know how to use a website. They find it easier using apps.
