True that. But even offline business have apps that can make their operations accessible from any location. Transport companies have apps where you can book for vehicle seats. And most people don't know how to use a website. They find it easier using apps.

It is very true that making use of application is more easier for customers to access a business but it also cost a lot of money to set up such apps. It all depending on the level of financial status of any business which would make it possible for them to create an app.

I don't really have an idea of what it takes to build a mobile app. Do you need to have a dedicated team in house to manage the app? Or you can outsource it.

No it's not necessary because most of the businesses do have a website that can be accessed by everyone involved in the business
I agree. It is not obliged to have one, especially for small-scale businesses. But then, it is expected for big companies to have by connecting to e-commerce platforms and the like.

I think if the business is operating online is somehow more advisable that it must have an app. Applications seems to be more user friendly and has a nice user experience
