Should I manage a school by myself as the business owner?

If you have had experience as a teacher before, and you now own a school, you can run it by yourself. Or else get an expert.

Well, the school owner and principal can be entirely different person. A principal is more of a academics, he is expert in education. Owner, is just a business man.

A business works better when the business owner is managing the business outright. Handing the business to someone else would not yield the right results you deserve..

The school that I worked, the proprietor was there as the coordinator but routine everyday management was done by the principal.

This depends on your experience and time available. Running a school is more than a full time job,and having a principal take care of some affairs could ease some of that burden.

Managing the school means that you have the right managerial skills and experience. There are nothing wrong in you over seeing your own business. I would also do the same if I have the right skills..

if you own a school, you will definitely need to employ others to help, most of the time you might not have the time to be actively involved in the affairs of the school also you do need people with expert knowledge to help in smooth sailing

I always believe that one should outsource management of any business that they are not professionals in to the real professionals while they, the business owners learn.

You cannot act as the principal of the school f you not qualified despite the owner of the school, You will be questioned by the Department of Education. You must be equipped with skills as a graduate of BS Education with license as passer, finished a master's degree and doctorate degree.

I think every job can be done so nicely by the professionals. The best thing is to outsource the services of experts on that.

Yes,you can direct the school and outsource if you can the school management functions to the professionals

It's actually your decision to make. If you feel you have enough skills and the time to manage the school as a business owner, i do not see any reason why you shouldn't.
