These days there are lots of online gamers who play and stream games and actually make money from it. There are some persons who do this for fun, while there are others who use this as a means of making extra income, and then there are those who actually see this as their primary source of income. What's your take on this?

There are many online gamers and they are making a lot of money by playing games so it actually worth been called a career at least for the professionals. I like gaming but playing for money is one thing I have never done but I will if I have the chance to.
Many people have now turn their hobbies to career like someone who took a hobby in singing can equally pursue music as a career same applicable to a gamer .
Its not reliable, its somewhat like ads click one day people remain nowhere but the sites that ask for skills last long and pay good. Earning from game is fact people are earning from it but as compare to other ways of earning it has not much value. This is only my view.
Many people are considering video gaming as a profession because of the high earnings potential. Several of them have even gone on to represent their country at international competitions.
We are living in modern world where anything is possible. Once a player is making enough money playing games, it can be called career. I have been hearing about these games, am yet to join any.
I've never played games for making money. But I think designing video games is an interesting and good career.
See! If they are video games that you play and you earn, you can definitely make a career out of it. In this days and times, everything pays. Nobody should put you into a box.
