Should you establish a business close to where you live?

For me l have never seen a business that has successfully grown yo it's sustainability when sited close to the place where the business owner lives

I won't like an idea to sell things on credit. I would like to start my business where I live because I would be familiar with the people and the place in that case.

For my online shop, I set the mode of payment to cash-on-delivery (COD). I prefer this than the client use his or her credit card to pay the items.
