Most of the time people say that offline work is hectic and we do online work with comfort. But sooner or later we'll realize that pressure is required in both earning.

No, I don't think you should quit your offline job. Unless you have a better opportunity lined up or something that would benefit you more, it is usually a good idea to stick with what you have.

If only the online job is very demanding and time intensive, but if it gives you the pleasure of time, there's no need quitting your offline job

No, I won't quit an offline job even if I earn a good amount of money online. That's because online earnings are not guaranteed, sites come and go whereas in offline jobs at least there is consistency in terms of getting paid.

Before you decide to quit your job, ensure you are fully prepared for your dream project. Ensure your financial capacity can sustain your expenses pending your project would start to yield.

Realistically I don't think my online work can surpass what I am earning offline. But with the scenario you are asking I will not quit my offline job because actual work interaction and physical works will enrich me as a person. We are a social being and we need real people.

Once I will retire from the job I will take up full-time online work as then I will have no work to earn. My plan is to learn about affiliate marketing this year and start it so that once I get retired I may be knowing how to earn from it.

For me I can't quit my offline job ove an online jobs . Online jobs are never reliable and can turn into scams anytime

That's one of the reasons why can't we rely on online sites. I have seen lots of site come and gone in last 12 years (since I have been working on the forum sites).

While I'm doing online business, I'm thinking about investing on offline businesses as well. I want to join the two together and I'm not ready to leave one for another.

I think that is fine. When someone is making a good profit from one business there is no need to focus on another one. It's of no use to work on two things at a time.
