Small scale business Vs large scale business; which is easier to manage

I am not a businessman and I also don't have any experience of managing a business but if we need to manage then I guess it would be easier to manage a small scale business because of the magnitude of the work

If businessman is good enough for that particular business then he can easily manage both. Apperantly it looks like as it will be difficult to manage large scale business, but if person hire so many capable people then he can manage large business too.
