A lot of big companies have their social media account today which is a way for them to market their product and services and they are making decent profit from it because millions of people are making use of social Media platform and they are potential customers.

I think social media platforms are not completely reliable. Fake news keeps popping up, and they do not seem to be able to control it.
Reliability and social media is something that can never work hand in hand. Social media sites are free for anyone to propagate anything whether true or false.
As of me l really don't believe in the social media as it is being flooded with so much fraudulent activities
