Suing a family member

Do you think it is a wise thing to do suing your family member for whatever reason?

That depends on what s(he) has done. If s(he) has done something harmful to the family or even to the society, I don't see the reason for not suing him/her.

Blood is thicker than water but if the case is worth to bring to court then I do,but if not as long as asking for forgiveness then I will give consideration and forgive.

I have not but two nieces are in court. One is a programmer and the other is using her programmes.

Looking at it from one angle, they are still your family so one should not go that extreme. Then again there are some family members that need an iron hand. In the end it depends on you.

Yes, sometimes we just have to put some of them in their place especially those that don't want to learn.

I don't think that it is right to sue a family member. In my place, family problems are discussed and not with a lawsuit.

In my family, you don't sue family members neither do you arrest them. There are family institutions for resolving disputes involving family members.
