Exactly, it is extremely effective, but the only way you can achieve this is only when the customers themselves are satisfied, you would not need to force or ask them, they would simply do it on their own.

True, if they are satisfied with our service, they will voluntarily do word of mouth advertising of their own accord. We do not need to pay for their advertising services, so we can save money.

True, most times before buying anything both online and offline, what i normally do is to go through the reviews of others, if they are okay with me then i go ahead. Even to the point of downloading movies these days, i go for reviews first.

Very true, which is why how we treat our old customers matters a lot. Most business owners dont really care, they feel they can easily get new ones or if they loose a customer there are others there so it does not affect them in any way.

There is a tendency to want to devalue old customers because you are familiar with them but that is very wrong. If there are customers that should be held most in high esteem, it should be those customers that have patronized you for years.
