There are several techniques for integrating third-party services and APIs into a website built with WordPress, including using plugin, custom code, and widgets. Plugins such as WP REST API or Advanced Custom Fields can be used to easily connect to and display data from external sources.

Custom code can also be used to directly interact with APIs and display the data on the website. Additionally, widgets can be used to add specific functionality and display data from external sources in specific areas of the website.

Thanks for this, this is really an eye opener. You just summarised everything in a simple way.

I will advise that if a person doesn't have sound knowledge of programing, he shouldn't try to integrate any third party service into his site, as that might end up crashing the whole site.
