Same to me, I mean why didn't that person think of the pain he caused someone while killing them. To me it is fair as long as they are sure that person is guilty, killing an innocent person will be another huge mistake.

I prefer the death sentence to anyone that rapes or murders another person. They don't deserve to live.

Rape is one of such crimes that a life imprisonment should not even be considered. A death sentence is ideal.

Those people who took someone's life must experience the same fate. I am okay with the death penalty as long as the criminal is 101% sure he or she committed the crime. It becomes wrong when the person is wrongly accused.
