When your business booms and expands you will never expect it to fall. You trust that it will never experience something that leads you an extreme regret of negligence. It is not enough for a businessman to see his business rise without doing something to protect it. There are many factors that a business fails to notice like too much spending and dating especially if the businessman is single. He will never have a second thought that his business may fall gradually.It may not be so suddenly but after some months he will notice that his capital generally gets smaller. That would be the downside of being a reckless businessman, he will have a hard fall.

One thing i have come to understand is that anything can happen at anytime when it comes to business or even every other aspect of our lives. The moment you begin to rise to the top, that is when we should b extremely careful.

There are people who change their attitudes when reach the top position they tend to forget the past with those people who in one way or another helped him become what he is today. And when the time comes that he will fall because of karma that is the time he remembers his faults.
Yeah, you are right , because it is at that time the reputation of the business becomes bigger and any little thing might bring it down due to negligence by the owner or staff, these could even be planned by competitors.
As a business person, you have to stay true to the values that made your business rise in the first place. It is that sense of achievement that would lead you to be arrogant. If you are always hungry for more, you won't be arrogant in your business.
Exactly, all eyes would be on you, waiting for you to make a little mistake that they can capitalize on to rise to over take you or in most cases simply pull you down completely. So we really need to be careful in what we do.
Very true, these days people say all sort of things and do all sort of things on social media, without a care of how people would view them. I have seen cases where people destroy their career simply because of something they posted online.

There are people like celebrities who became famous and the time they were in the limelight, they never felt the agony of their parents. There are celebrities that no longer care about their parents and they will only remember when they fall from the limelight.
Business people should know that they are the ones that need customers and arrogance can't attract customers to your business.

Our customers are the business assets. They bring money to your business, so we have to be good to them to retain their interest.
Business is a social venture and you don't have to display negative attitudes like arrogance into it.
I agree. Being arrogant can not go that far. I always hear this from my father. He kept on telling us this.
