When it comes to investing in the fashion industry, it's crucial to understand the financial health of the companies you're considering. Analyzing financial statements is an essential part of this process. A company's financial statements, which include revenue, expenses, earnings, and liabilities, offer a lot of information about its operations. Investors can evaluate a company's financial health and decide whether it's a worthwhile investment by looking at these statements.
Investors can discover potential risks using this technique, such as high debt levels or diminishing sales. Investors may choose which businesses to invest in and how much money to put into them by being aware of these risks.

Yes, I totally agree with you, investors must analyze a company's financial statements before deciding to invest, so they are not wrong in making decisions. Of course, we don't want to invest in companies that are less profitable, especially if they are on the verge of collapse, later we will lose money and our investment will not return.
