Truck drivers man all those heavy vehicles that are used to convey large quantities of goods from one state to another. It takes skills to be able to drive a truck. Is it lucrative or not to be a truck driver?

Truck drivers here in my place are paid by package according to deliveries. They have good income therefore it's a good business. They also receive incentives from the the owner of the goods or items they deliver.

The way they do it in my country, you would do one week in and one week out. This means that if a truck driver works this week, next week would have to be for his rest

Are they not supposed to have loaders? In my country, they have people who are paid to load and offload the trucks. The driver cannot be tired out with loading and off loading of trucks.
