I think they're badly influence by their peer or feeling exploited. Many are also influenced by technology. They're making technology ugly with their wrong doings using technology.
Sure the openess of new trends to them pushes them to also want to explore and they end up corrupt.

She was so excited for she reached $500 but she was asked to pay the charge of 500 pesos. There were 20 of them paying the same amount and after sending the money, they disappeared, site no more.
