I have set a permanent alarm that wakes me up even when I'm not going up and my body is now used to it so when I don't set an alarm, i still always wake up by that time

I mostly work online in the midnight so I always try my best to work on the time that I set. I have been able to follow the time for a few days now.

That's good though, i know it must not be easy. For me i find it abit hard to work in the middle of the night majority of the times. Though there have been cases where situation calls for it.

I used to do it sometime ago but I don't know how I lost the skill of working at night but I think it is good because working at night is not even good for our health so it is better to sleep

Oh i can relate to this, i also have something i am doing offline and as well what i do online. It is never easy managing both. There are times where the online jobs push into the time i am supposed to use in working offline and vise versa.

Presently, I am on my way to my offline work because I don't go very early on Mondays. I am trying to work and post online before I get to work because I may not be able to use my phone at work
