I can agree with this, most of today's TV shows aren't like they used to be. They used to be very entertaining and fun to watch, however, today I feel like there are certainly more ads than the actual TV show itself. Things just aren't the way they used to be.

Lol. I don't ever watch TV through cable or satellite, I only watch TV through Hulu+, Netflix, and other streaming services. I always pay for premium subscriptions to avoid ads.

Speaking of satellites, when I bought my house there was 2 on my roof. I was so scared climbing up there and unscrewing them. I have a pretty tall 2 story house so I was WAAAYYYY up there. Hope I don't ever have to go up on the roof again. Lol

....Looks so much better without the junky satellites up there. What an eye sore. Lots of houses in my neighborhood have them and they probably are all old / not functional.

Here, DTH, that is 'direct to home' dish antenna is prevalent. Of course, I have heard about 'netflix'. Now I have to try it.

I watch two or three movies or TV series and I don't feel bored I think we should choose specific serials

I subscribe to showmax and Netflix so that I watch whatever I want without having to endure adverts. There's a lot of fun interesting shows to watch.

Most of them but if you have wifi connection you won't stress about the tv since you can easily watch movies and anything you want.

I am not aware of show max so could be its only in Botswana and not in India but yes Netflix is popular in different countries and they do have good shows
