It is just a matter of practice. Why don't you try? I won't try, it might harm my ears listening to audio to transcribe.

No, unless you spend 5 hours Mylotting. You may apply to have fun. it's a slow paying site. I seldom reached the threshold.

It is very interesting to be a transcriber. But you don't need to worry to much on how to convert audio files into text as there are alot of transcribing apps on playstore that would help.
