It's 7.5 cents per thread and 6 cents for replies. You have to 5 posts and 5 thresds per 24 hours.

You have to post 10 longer threads and 20 posts. After that they review your posts and if they are approved you'll stay earning from your future posts. You have to be very patient cause mine took a period of like three weeks.
