Unusual Perks on the Job

Have you ever worked for a company that offered unusual perks to its employees? Explain.

One job I had, gave out tokens that represented a dollar value of what you can purchase in store. It was a bit weird taking that, over a gift card.

Yesh sites that use other means to rewards users are always weird to me. Instead of giving the dollar for jobs they give out things like tokens and other stuff

I once worked for an organization that used to give it's staff two meals a day. And it was a great motivation for people to come and work in the company.

Lol i would like to experience this but, i am yet to work in a place like that before. I have heard of people working in some organizations and instead of getting paid, they are given food provisions worth hundred of thousands.

I don't find organization that give staff two meals a day weird. I believe it is normal incentive that comes with high paying jobs. You just have to be eligible for the job

I don't really think I have ever worked in a place which had perks.
One thing I can say is quite similar was the distribution of free snacks by my boss on Fridays

Yes business and bosses should always find ways of adding value to the employers life to get them.at the job. You would have stable employees with this kind of arrangement

I once worked at a hospital where we had access to the basic medications free anytime we wanted. It was a really helpful gesture and served the management well as issues of theft decreased.

I don't really think I have ever worked in a place which had perks.
One thing I can say is quite similar was the distribution of free snacks by my boss on Fridays

So we can say that you guys use to have happy hour at your work place on Fridays. That is a good boss there. But I am still waiting for the best boss that would give free food to all staff at least once a week.

Employees will be happy if they have access to the basic things free anytime in the workplace. it will show the workplace have a good boss that want the wellbeing of the employees
