I do time management for my business. I am very disciplined about this. For example: I plan to do work A this morning, it must be finished at 7, then I proceed to work B, it must be finished by 8, and so on. So, I have any agenda that I have to complete in a day. If work is completed faster than the schedule I have made, I usually use it to come to online forums to write while taking breaks.
