If I had to single out one vegetable that doesn't quite appeal to my taste buds, it would be Brussels sprouts. Despite trying them prepared in various ways, I find their distinct bitter flavor and cabbage-like aroma quite off-putting. The little green orbs never fail to inspire dread on my plate.
I used not to love bitter gourds during my younger years. However, I learned how to make it less bitter and love cooking it with certain local dishes in my country.
I like all sorts of vegetables that are locally available, there is nothing that I dislike but if I need to talk about my least favorite vegetables that would be leafy greens
