Let me share this experience of mine. I have been working to an online tutorial company for more than eight years. The sad part is I was deactivated because a student online escalated the issue which is not my fault. The moral lesson is to choose a company who will practice equality.

Sad to know that they didn't listen to you. But you cannot know about a company while joining that they will behave equally to the students and the teachers.
