Water or Soft Drink?

Water for sure. There are some thirsts that can only be solved by water. And also it's healthier than soft drinks.

I used to drink soft drinks, but I noticed I gained weight, so I stop drinking coke since 1997. I only drink water. Water is life.

People are dying of ignorance. there is no way you can compare water with softdrink. though softdrink is liquid, but the % of water content is small compare with original water.

During my younger years, I am so addicted with softdrinks. Now, I occasionally have them in my system. I prefer to drink a healthy drink called water.

Water is healing and therapeutic. It is good to have a water therapy. Softdrinks aren't healthful drinks.

When I have Chinese meal, I usually drink Chinese tea. To me, Chinese foods and soft drink do not match well. I seldom have soft drink. In summer, I prefer drinking water or coconut water.

Even though I drink soft drinks sometimes, water is my favorite drink and there is no substitute for water.

For me I go for water because no matter the number of soft drink you take it cannot be replaced the place of water.
