Yes if you are talking about working on forums alone then it might be impossible to achieve this, but having a professional skills you can monetize is a great way to earn this per day and probably more.

Perfecting your skill is extremely important if you want to make decent money on the internet.
Most of people have joined under referral programs this means it is very hard to find referrals except if it is new site and there is not a lot of people that are joining this platform then it remains possible in this case.
Very true, with a good marketing strategy then one can earn even much more but sadly it is not all that easy to get to have active referrals that will be earning you passive income from most of these petty sites. I am not good at it all. But if you get to design a course or more, especially digital courses then it is very much easy to earn that much from clients in a day. This week I have made quite some cash from the sale of electronic gadgets that I have.
If you can engage in solving survey questions or participating on ptc site but I doubt if you are going to make $3 in a day.
Yeah it is not possible i think. i can not work in surveys sites because i am from tier 3 country. Also PTC sites don't pay you well, so not too many options left except PTP forums which i can't earn more than $1 a day

Yes if you only post on PTP forums you definitely won't make a lot of cash you can maximum earn 5 bucks or so and that's if you post for a whole day you need to learn a skill if you want to earn more
I'd like too. In my country, 10 dollars per day means around a minimum salary in the end of the month. The point is, until I know, only a freelance job (that we find on platforms like Workana and similar) can provide such an amount.
yes I think if you are well known freelancer you can make much more than that it's not easy to become one since you need to have good skills but once you do you can have a lot of cash
The big issue with freelancing is the giant bureaucracy involved in various countries (south Europeans above all, but in Latin America Mercosur countries too). Especially in Spain, some people get rid of freelancing ideas because there are very expensive and time consuming obligations to fulfill even when the earnings are zero. One of the trouble consists in south Europeans requiring an invoice each GIG at whatever cost and lacking to fulfill such time consuming and expensive obligations it becomes impossible to prepare invoices. And the customer easily reports the freelancer to tax authorities. Knowing in the beginning it's impossible to get 10 daily dollars, until you become a very well known freelancer, it's not worth when the freelancer can't afford to live without an income (and in addition, paying until becoming well known. huge taxes of around 300 euros per month).
