Ways to Stop Users to have indecent usernames?

indecent username I haven't noticed this but anyone with such should be caution to change it.

I think they don't get confirmation email and admin and staff receive modification of the user and they can decide whether to allow or ban the user.

Admins and Owners can prevent this by listing possible indecent names for the website to detect. Although is a lot of different indecent names one can come up with. This is the best Owners can do if the users do not have enough maturity to follow the rules and guidelines.

At the end of the day what We need to know is that there is a special prerogative by the admins and the technical team to set the rules in the forum,if they notice that your name infinges their rules or goes against them i am sure they would tell you about it and caution you if you use a language which is not kids freindly and family friendly.

You can add filter before registration. It will detect bad word and disable submiting registration form.

You can stop users from using indecent names as user names. There is a tool to do this in a content management system

But how can a name be define as an indecent name it may not be decent in a tribe but be okay for another

I think this can be done during registration and the system should not allow anyone with indecent username register on the site , but instead give suggestions on nice usernames to use if it's convenient for them.

Admins can prevent this by banning indecent names for their website if they detect such. Although is a lot of people might not want to use indecent names but this should still be checkmate

I think to control this tendency of the usage of the indecent usernames by the users on websites, the website owners should come up with ways that warn people registering with the same before signing up.

I don't really know how sites works, but I think it is possible to put in some features or plugins that would be able to detect certain words and make it as inappropriate. Like Facebook, there are certain words you can search on. Or the admin and mods have to put in the extra work of going through usernames.

I agree with you,users on websites need to know this , the website owners should come up with ways that can warn people registering with indecent username to desist from it.
