Webhosting company not replying after making payment

I had purchased a webhosting package from a webhosting company and I got the payment receipt. However, I have not got the account details or a refund. What is the best way to get the account details or refund from the webhosting company if they cannot provide the account. I had used Razorpay for making the payment.

Just contact support and they solve it. Hosting currently have excellent grade on Trustpilot but all are new. We will see how this hosting will act in future.
Also you should make account before you pay hosting services.

I would look into contacting support and explaining what has happened and giving them any details you can regarding the payment you made. It could be a fault on their end which is why you have not received the things you should have to be able to use your hosting and they may be able to help you once they know.

Hope you get things sorted.

I think it's best to contact their support to complain. Some of these lesser known web hosting brands don't have functional support so tag them on social media if necessary. Also check if they've activated your plan. Check your email inbox.

If your tickets are not replied within 48 hours, you need to understand you have been scammed. You will have to file a case with your payment provier, if that is allowed.

They activated the service after some time, after I told them to use a web hosting service in any country . It appears that they were facing a problem opening a webhosting account in india, they opened the account later in EU.

I would advice you to contact support immediately and if you not get a reply, i'm very sorry but it's possible that you have been scammed. Do you know anyone who has made use of the same webhosting company?
