Website to read books and Earn money from it?

I have not encountered such a site, I learned only books to review with guidelines and get payment but I quit because I have learned from others that it took them 3 months to receive their pay. That is so weird and absurd it is not easy to review a book but payment is too long to wait.
I heard about it on another forum, but I didn't pay attention because I don't like reading books. It is, however, ideal for book lovers.
I read about it on BMF but didn't grab the name of the site maybe because I wasn't just interested
Am a voracious reader. I will like to have the link and join asap. I love reading and I can read 2 novels in a week. If am chanced especially during festive I will read one novel daily.
There is another way to earn reading a book or two or many. Being a voice-over talent at ACX. I read from the site that they are looking for people who can give life to the book. Record your voice reading the book.
Cab you share more about this? I would love to be doing voice overs for books.
That must be good as reading a book is easier than writing a review but the only thing is you need to have good reading skills and should have good pronunciation, I don't think they require a specific accent.
I am not sure if they look for someone who have good accent. I wanted to try but I don't have equipment where I can record my voice. And the place is noisy. I don't have a room that is sound proof.
Hmm...thats a special requirement and rightly so. Do they take an audition or what?
Maybe I will pass for now. Will check other option similar to this. I always wanted to use my voice as my talent to earn money.

I agree. Merely reading it will not help again acceptance from the company or client. For it to be approved, the voice should be convincing and should be confident enough to relate to the audience(the listeners).
