I am just learning about these websites for two days and I feel it will be tough to even expect earning from these as it takes longer to read books

I read about one on beer money forums then the pay was good and I try to sign up but could not . My Nigeria country was exempted so some don't accept some regions

Sometimes, your country of residence can determine if you will be accepted on such a website or not. Publish0x can give you the opportunity but it is little.

yes but you can also make a little money by reading other people's articles. In my own opinion I will not advise anyone to try to make money from there because it is very infinitesimal.

They usually pay through cryptocurrency when you read articles but it is always very small. You may not be able to realise any profit.
