It depend on the admin. I am not sure of the minimum that you can transfer. But to transfer, you will invite the admin to the conversation you will have to whosoever you want to transfer to. The transactions that I have done are more than 5000 rif

I think there are some survey sites which transfer your earnings to your bank account directly. I don't like this option because I think it's risky to give out my bank account information online. To me, Paypal is a safer option, I just need to give out my email address.
