In my country, people employ the services of event planners especially when they're bouyant financially. Low income earners mostly organise their weeding or events themselves or engage friends and families.

Yes there services are expensive because they do a lot of things ranging from decorations, cooking, getting chairs, tables, canopies and other related jobs. So if you can't afford them, you get your family and friends to help out.

Yes like the most obtainable situation here is event planners doing just decorations, canopies, seats and tables. Every other stuff like cooking will be done by family members and friends.
