I always love to have pancakes every morning. I usually like the way it taste and I don’t think I can get tired of itMy favorite breakfast in the morning is a bowl of oatmeal topped with sliced bananas, berries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I also enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee or herbal tea to accompany my meal.

I also want to put up the habit of eating fruits in the morning or at least once a day. Fruits are very good for us but I don’t get to take them all the timeI eat fruits at random every morning. It is best to keep fit while at the same time having a good breakfast.
Ahhh intermittent fasting do you do that every day or some selected days cause mine the only day I skip breakfast is on Sunday morning .I practice intermittent fasting, which means I do not eat anything for 16 hours after my evening meal. So I avoid breakfast.
Most of the time, I am having just a cup of coffee for breakfast. If ever I will do, I will just have some light breakfast.For me l really prefer the back tea with some toast for that matter so to speak.
It has been a few months that I am having some home-made pancakes at home. It is because the kiddies are into it for breakfast. I am doing the Japanese style of cooking them.I think that if am given beans and plantain as breakfast in the morning, I would be a happy man because that is my favourite for breakfast.
