My investments are different. They're not about stocks but coop membership with high dividends, milk tea selling business in the mall and buying lots property. I find no risks in these investmentd. It's also good to invest in stocks but not now.
An alternative investment option there for individuals looking to diversify their portfolio beyond stocks and bonds is real estate investment, for me I find it easy and less risky once you've done your research well

Other than stocks and bonds, you may invest in real estates, gold or collectibles such as paintings and wine. I just read a report mentioning that whisky offers the highest return on investment. Of course, you need to know a lot about whisky before making investment on it.
Personally speaking there are so many options that individuals can ever choose for themselves on. They can however choose from the Crypto currency investment, foreign exchange investments, gold investment, real estate, mutual funds among others.
There are hundred and one investment out. Cryptocurrency staking is another business which i fancy. Remember, I don't say trading. Trading is too risky for a newbie to start without proper training and skills. Another good investment is to buy a site with adsense account and it will be yield money for you till you die.
There are so many alternative investment for individuals most especially if it is online.
