It is statics. And it can also be defaced by unscrupulous bill posters. Many passersby don't even give attention to it. And some of them are traffic obstruction.

You are right billboards are great tools for advertisment but they get destroyed easily by bad weather

They are more abundant in big cities in my country. The limitation is that not all locals can see them, especially if they do not usually go to these places.

Even the one in the cities, you know how much that is paid to maintain them. Such expenses is a waste to me because the billboards could not achieve better results than social media advertisements and we could only spend little on social media.

I agree with you , the ads on social media does more for awareness Creation than the billboards though.

Sure this is one disadvantage if you don't ply this route then no seeing of the billboard. So that a huge difference.

I think that people are becoming to choose running advertisement in so many other ways apart from using the billboards except if the modern billboards could be used with digital display.
