So aside from its monetary advantage, there are some tangible and valuable advantages having a blog can offer.

I think that the ability to pass your views and making money is one of the nicest thing about blogging.
Yes, the flexibility it gives you to express your thoughts over a subject matter one knows very well,is one of the advantage,you can explore, research and educate the public,the joy alone is something else, knowing fully well that someone is benefitting from your wealth of knowledge
That is the only reason that I like about blogging. There might be many advantages but the idea to let people know what I think about a topic and make money from it is what makes most people want to blog.
