Those who are trained and do jobs well will most likely become regular employee and the rank and tenure committee may elevate their statuses. It is also advantage to be trained to to avoid asking colleagues on what to do.

I also think that tenured employees need to upgrade their existing soft skills. If they will not do this, they might be replaced by the well-trained neophytes in the company. It happens in the real world.

I agree with you. In the office tenured workers always ask help to younger workers. I sometimes feel those young workers feel irritated hehe..but they're helpless.

It is very important that older workers that are well experienced in any business organisation are appointed to help train the new recruits because of their experience.

The benefit of job training within a company is to prepare and train employees so they can work well according to company standards. If a worker can pass the training period well then he will continue to be employed at the company, if not he will be fired.
