Poor customer service is one complain you should never joke with. Many business have failed not cause they lack quality services, but simply cause they where not able to take care of their customers the right way.

The thing is that some customers just like to complain, they can complain about l Products not meeting expectations; Poor customer service; Delayed delivery. and lot more. it is good to help them though

My focus is doing my best to produce the best that is possible given prevailing economic conditions. Customers would always complain. Those that understand would not complain.

My customers are always complaining about the price. They say that the price is too high. And I try to tell them that it is not our fault as producers. It is because o how much we buy inputs these days.
