it all depends on two things. One is your ability to refer a lot of people and number two is whether you have access to free Wi-Fi. Your location does not matter so much.

Getting a passive income stream at first might not be easy especially if you don't have enough funds. It becomes easier with funds. The easiest for me is residential apartments because it is stress free.

I think the easiest way to build a passive income stream is to buy residential property or shops, then we renovate and rent it out to other people and we can get passive income from rent money.

Imo, passive income does not come by itself but we have to build it, from the income we earn every month, for example, we set aside 20% for investments in bonds, deposits or other investment instruments.

The bank interest needs to deposit 100,000 $ to get good interest because 2 % annual interest would be 2,000 $ that could be a chunk of money, but if you have 10,000 $ or 1000 $ that is 200 $ or 20 $ that could be spent in one day in a coffee or clothes retailer.
