What are the positive changes you would want see on earnings sites

I think most earning sites have lived up to their expectations,the only key thing is us as individuals need to become a quality set of individuals.Most earning sites can only pay you as much as they can afford to do so,but if you increase on capacity and efficiency you may find companies or people that are okay for you to work online but still pay you a very attractive pay.

Most earnings sites should engage their users by making the site more interesting. They should keep on analysing the pay rates and should increase them if they can, for the members. Payment should be fast. There should be proper appreciation for the good users on the site.
That is so so right, the first thing that attracts members is the method of payment, the threshold amount, the working condition.
No site will do that any time soon,this is because the amount of revenue they generate is very less,in most cases they have to go outside their ways to get you and I satisfied on the site for quite a long time.It is pretty easy to see that.We have to put in alot of effort for quality engagements to build up on the site and enhance most of the sites products and services to sell lucratively or profitably at a consistent pace.Then we are going to see more income and pay rate increase for ordinary members.

Yes the different contests on the site are help getting the interest of the users? There are sites where I log in only when they organise some contests.
I also feel this. Sometimes it looks good when you see someone not posting good content but being paid equally to the person who writes some good content. Yes, the site must make a system.
Posts and threads should be like they get earnings for the site. One has to write something unique so that they may help the site to earn well. It is essential because if the site gets profit, it may be able to pay to it's members.
Let me put it in plain truth and clearly,as at now no paid to post forum can make you a fortune,there are few that are locked and require you to be extremely proficient but we do not hear much of them advertised.When we cone to our forums like BMF,Trendri,forumcoin,bizdustry,RIF and others then you definitely cannot make a fortune there but they can help you make a fortune if you use it rightfully .That is identify those that are natural marketers and ask them to market your products,look for those who are good in writing and ask for them to help you to write good content,identify those that are good in graphics and ask they do some work for you.Ask those who are good in trading to give you the tips.At the end firstly understand ventures you would like to be monetized and then get help to build up.Work hard,spend sleepless nights until you brand one self with sort after skills and services then you will be amazed how much of income will becoming I to your pocket.LET US BECOME QUALITY PEOPLE READY TO WORK EXTRA HARD and not only want free things.
The changes that I would love to see in earning website is to increase their pay rate for users to enjoy.

The same thought here. We would all make money together if the rate are increased.
When I work for a site, in particular forum site, I'd like to see that the owner is making his/her effort to make improvements on the site from time to time. Engage participants by organizing contests and other activities. Give reasonable pay and process payment promptly. I think RIF is doing a good job.
